      Pros

      - Co-workers whom you would hate parting ways with. - Flexible with work-from-home. Good work/life. - Tons of products across the enterprise. - Truly a global company.

      Cons

      - The bonuses used to be awesome, now they're not awesome. - They're working on unifying the products, but long way to go. - Being stale. Not much in the way of promotions, at least in the same business unit. (Perhaps job switching between business units is a good idea?) - Internal processes (implementation, documentation....) should be bulletproofed and institutionalized.

      Pros

      Good team of hard working people. Company is investing in product development and user experience.

      Cons

      Infor is still a collection of divergent acquisitions. There is a dis-connect between the executive management, middle management and the majority of employees. Team spirit is being eroded. The front-end is looking better with each release; underlying systems are creaking. There is a lot of pressure to meet ever increasing revenue numbers. Back office systems are still terrible.
