      Pros

      A Great product portfolio combined with a disruptive approach.

      Cons

      The merger beween infor and lawson has brought two very different cultures together where the harmonisation is led by infor with no respect to the seniority of the former lawson employees. Resulting in à lot of experienced people leaving.

      Management all came from Oracle so have experience building an international sales organization. Huge product portfolio which has depth and breadth

      Cons

      Coming in from an acquisition, it has been difficult to transition. Though they have had lots of acquisitions, they still haven't mastered the people side.
