      Great coworkers. Predictable work days. Reasonable work hours. Pretty good benefits. Usually on the latest software (but not hardware; see Cons).

      Cons

      Meaningless (or sometimes no) performance reviews. No opportunities for advancement. Driven by quarterly results to a fault. Low investment in personnel (training) or infrastructure (computer hardware).

      Pros

      The culture is very friendly and the employees get sufficient freedom to innovate. Managers doesnt constantly monitor your work and the work schedule is very flexible.

      Cons

      The opportunity to grow is pretty less and depends on the team you get to work on. In most cases, the work could get boring and monotonous.

      Great Pay. Great experience to put on your resume. Also, perfect place to know what corporate America is really about.

      Cons

      Do not wear out your welcome. If your not a VP or higher do not expect to go far in this company. It was not always like that.Too many changes ( that could be a pro or con for some)
