Great but stingy

Good environment with solid leadership and no drama

Cons

They don't give good raises. They will start off paying well but will give less and less over time. While they tell you how well the company is doing. No real culture either. They don't give out promotions often, and even if you get one, you have to wait for the next time the company does pay raises to get your new salary.

Culture will depend on the team / management you will be part of. Micro-management, slow increase, pointing fingers etc.
