      Pros

      Flexible work hours (within reason). Some telecommuting allowed. Overall, good team members - very positive work environment.

      Cons

      Salaries not really competitive (mine) No existing published salary brackets from HR Raise process a bit confusing - doesn't seem to be closely tied to performance review.

      Pros

      Relaxed and friendly environment. You have the freedom to work without being micromanaged. Great pay and benefits. Plenty of time off.

      Cons

      Direct managers should take an interest in growing an employee. Feedback and coaching is essential. Some departments are better than others at growing and cross training.

      Good middle management. Good vacation.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities. No flexibility in changing carrier. Insurance is expensive. Promotions are hard to get and have to fight for!
