      Pros

      Peers are a great group of people.

      Cons

      This company is driven only be revenue to be able to get the VCs out. Nothing else matters, including customer satisfaction. Management has only one focus - $$$. Will not work with partners.

      Just downsizing issues - the cuts are numerically based. If you have a manager that doesn't have your back, you can easily get cut in a restructuring when in reality your skills are needed and you have been commended and repeatedly promoted and are meeting and exceeding goals.
