      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to learn different things. Collaboration with other teams is incredible, you just need to know how to make a network. A lot of people are helpful.

      Cons

      With the new merit increase with Koch, salary increase became too hard to achieve and there are a lot of changes frequently that even customers are getting confused.
