      I got to work with some good well-meaning people

      Cons

      - constant leadership changes - nepotism in hiring that doesn’t follow pbm principles or promote from within - constant politics and layoffs - zero trust in current cmo - higher ups use false data and numbers to pad stats and avoid responsibility - well below market pay - no clear expectations on your role from management

      This company is run by a group of executives that has their own exclusive club. They say that want employee's to provide their opinion. But they could care less.

      No respect, no strategy, no nothing

      The salaries are pretty high

      Cons

      I was in the marketing department and there are no long-term plans. The strategy changes every three months and every three months they layoff people to hire new ones (usually friends of those who are momentarily in charge) just to do it all over again three months later. There's no respect for employees and no ability to retain talents. I'm surprised this company still stands.
