      Pros

      - can have remote if you want, and if you pick remote you can still pick some day to go to office if there are free desks - good initial salary, you can negotiate well with them - many bonuses - salaries and bonuses are given in time - good culture, - RH in Tunis is insanely good, reply quick, gives you a feedback on good and bad things with transparency. - office in Tunis is good; looks clean and neat, snacks, drinks, games( baby foot, chess, ...), etc...

      Cons

      - laptops given are not quite good - no private bus for people who prefers office, and the office is in a place with very bad public transport facilities.
