      You have opportunity to learn new technology

      Cons

      No salary increase, no bonus, 401k employer contribution is 1% which is very poor. No proper communication from management to the lower rank employees. Salary increase is not based on performance. If you have no other opportunity at hand than you can consider working here.

      Pros

      for some (non US) regions it is good oportunity to work for worldwide company. Feel of stability compared to smaller software companies.

      Cons

      bureaucracy as a part of large companies, many "wrong" people on some positions they do not belongs to as a result of dramatical situation during last years full of acquisitions. Smack of "nationalism" - employes of different nationality are not taken as a partner by some US lower and middle managers

      Direction is unclear and Development is chaotic when all the integration points are fluid. Management never seems to nail down requirements as they shift positions constantly. The company doesn't offer a stable long term future for employees.
