      Pros

      I like the direction Infor is going in with their focus on technology.

      Cons

      It's hard selling with all the silos and disparate efforts that different teams create. Product Management is also not very helpful to sales people in general.

      Pros

      The environment in Poland office is very nice. You get many benefits such as Sodexo meal card, Mybenefit, insurance, Yearly bonus, hybrid work environment and yearly raise. There are parties almost every month and work life balance is superb.

      Cons

      Low work volume sometimes and high dependency on APAC
