Pros

there is nothing at all

Cons

If you’re considering joining, here’s what you should know: Management culture is built on urgency, not competence. Because turnover is high, promotions happen fast — often to individuals with little to no leadership experience. While this creates plenty of “opportunities,” it also creates a workplace where poor decision-making, micromanagement, and unnecessary stress are part of daily life. Cost savings are prioritized far above product quality. Recently, the hiring approach shifted toward bringing in the cheapest possible labor from overseas and relying heavily on AI tools, rather than investing in experienced local professionals. As a result, technical debt is growing quickly, and codebases are sliding toward long-term unmaintainability — a problem leadership seems unwilling to address. The company’s stated values don’t align with reality. Official messaging emphasizes respect, growth, and development, but these ideals are rarely reflected in day-to-day operations. The gap between public image and internal reality is hard to ignore. If you value a stable, well-structured environment with long-term vision and genuine professional development, you may want to look elsewhere

Pros

A truly unforgettable learning experience — I now have a sixth sense for spotting toxic employers from miles away. Great example of how not to treat people — an education you can’t get in business school.

Cons

This company has truly reinvented cost-cutting. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been a dedicated, high-performing employee for years — when it’s time to “optimize the budget,” they’ll happily discard you in favor of a cheaper hire from overseas. But there’s a catch: long-term employees are entitled to severance, which eats into those savings. So, what’s the genius workaround? First, they begin a deliberate campaign of psychological pressure. Then comes the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) — a tool not for improvement, but for elimination. Once you're on it, the outcome is predetermined: dismissal without severance. This company is toxic to the core. If you value your self-respect and mental health even slightly, stay far, far away. I repeat: do not get involved with them under any circumstances.
