Cons

- You will spend at least one week looking for a resource person who knows what you're looking for. - No set coding standard. Expect messy codes that haven't been groomed in a long time because the regression risk is too high. - Starting salary for Green Bean/Early Talent has been the same for the last five to seven years, and the annual salary increase is lower than other similar companies.
