      Pros

      Sr directors, Hr team are very helpful to new comers. They place campus recruited people on development of products which helps team in learning new technologies and how to grow.

      No cons everything the working culture is also good.

      Top notch engineers! Managers are pretty nice and helpful. I'm having a blast so far.

      Classic corporate job with some perks and more downsides

      Pros

      Flexible time, HO, anything that can be approved by direct management is negotiable and doable, some interesting new projects, if you stick long enough, you can get among the dark horses of the company, which take whats left of the small budget/new title every few years.

      Cons

      Huge fluctuation of people - more are leaving, even from higher management. Outsourced colleagues can barely speak English and their skill is below junior level, no budget to anything - education, raises, not even computer upgrades. Possibly connected to IPO. No communication from higher management whatsoever.
