- slightly above standard pay - good global team and nice to work with - challenging work but satisfying to accomplish

Cons

- local managers keeps on impressing upper management that forces ICs to drown get drowned in deliverables. - challenging work brough by unreasonable local manager. - be careful for being assigned to small teams(2-3 persons), if one leaves, local manager will still assigned you work for the capacity of a full team.

The team I was in has been very supportive, and graceful. They also offer different shuttle routes for ease of transport. They have a comprehensive HMO package.

Cons

On my team, the agile/scrum is not mature, so expect for urgent projects.
