Pros
- Good HR support. - Not so bad benefits. - Retirement Plan
Cons
- Micromanagement Well, in my team that's all there is to it. Our productivity is measured by the amount of tickets we close. This disregards sprint planning and the measurement of each ticket's complexity. The manager in our team is close-minded, quick-tempered and has a tendency to blame others when things don't go according to plan. It feels like walking on eggshells while working with him. Your MS Teams status will be monitored too. Being yellow or "Away" will often get you questioned. I hope you don't get into his team if you'll be working for Infor PSSC. Working with the I** project under J** was so demotivating that the nice benefits of the company won't matter anymore as your daily life would be like a living hell.
