Have been with Informatica Hyd for 6+ years. Here is my frank review... 1. A lot of opportunities to learn. 2. Work Life Balance 3. Open-Door Policy 4. Decent pay with regular hikes and job security & internal growth opportunities 5. Work from home opportunities 6. Regular local outings (in 2016, we had an offsite outing in Thailand too!) 7. Getting a chance to work on DATA to solve some of the real-world challenges like #DataSecurity and make an impact. 8. Encouragement towards internal & external hackathons, conferences...etc.

Cons

Parking slots are very limited. Otherwise, there are no other Cons, as such!

Great culture! Everyone is on board to help realize the company mission - make our customers successful by helping them harness the power of their data! Great management, supportive and always helpful peers across the globe, comp and benefits at par with the best. I haven't worked at the company HQ or offices so can't say much about that.

Cons

None! I try not to look for things to complain as that is an addictive mindset and appreciate all the amazing things at this company!
