      Pros

      I was from development background and joined Informatica as support engineer. When I joined Informatica my friends from other companies were asking why to join support and it’s not worth at all as there will not be much learning. But today, I can bet anyone and say "learning is endless" here. We work on multiple products, technologies etc. NO WHERE we can get such an wonderful experience as here. Every person in support here are highly talented. Attractive compensation & benefits.. Flexible working hours. Awards are given every quarter based on performance. Everything is so transparent here. Kickoff meetings which happens every year outside India where we get an opportunity to meet top level management and support engineers from all regions. Recognized for what we do.

      Not sure if concerns being taken across higher level of managers. Higher managers should talk to engineers atleast twice a year.

We appreciate all the feedback- including how you would like to see higher managers talking to engineers at least twice a year- I will relay this information to senior management to explore ways we can improve in this area.
