      Pros

      salary, provide the resources you need, a lot of business potential

      Cons

      Managers need people skills training. Management takes no responsibility for nurturing and guiding employees. Professionalism with regards to treatment of employees is lacking. There is no camaraderie. There are a few people who sit in rooms and make decisions and do not know how to succinctly communicate the importance and role to each employee who has to make the vision and strategy come to fruition.

      - great company overall - hot, growing industry - market leader - good compensation - flexible work arrangements - fun, spontaneous people who work hard

      - not enough cross-functional collaboration and communication - some functions value people less than others - some managers are awesome while others are just so-so

      Great technology company but no benefits like other competitors

      Pros

      - Very high quality of professionals - Nice technology work and working on latest technology - Presence in over 20 countries - Offer employee stocks (RSU) - Working from Home option - the only work-life balance option.

      Cons

      - Does not offer any car-lease policy or house-lease policy like many of the other IT companies - Missed bonuses for some quarters in the past even though it is mentioned in the CTC. - Managed typically focuses only on one thing. Currently it is the Hadoop wave, all other teams are kept unimportant. - Per diem is just $40 per day when travelling to US and 20 pounds for UK. This is too less for international travel. - Need to work on almost all the weekends and late nights working with the US team.
