      Great company to work for. Flat hirerachy Employees have a real emotional connecy. We care for people and connected towards one vision. Flexible work hours and loads of innovative minds. Great leaders leading the company. Our organization is filled with young energetic people . Definetly we have fun at work We are a organization to values employees as the greatest asset. Attrition is very very minimal

      Pros

      Full support throughout the organization to help you with daily challenges. Values that are lived by that you can feel within the whole Org. Perks like car program, newest tech gadgets (IPhone 5s/6, MacBook if wished...) Office culture is open and inviting to be creative and focus on important things rather than do micromanagement

      Cons

      Few management changes that have been ongoing over the last years due to restructuring and growth of the organization needs adoption and flexibility from employees.

      Pros

      executing the strategy to ride the wave ahead of our competitiors, makes for an organization with a positive attitude towards change. been here for 2,5 years now and a lot has changed for the good of us. The fact that we are small enough for people to be recognized and initiatives are welcomed in combination to be the champion in the champions league, gives me the feeling that I am happy to be part of INFA and grow my career here.

      Cons

      Being a dynamic company, sometimes gives the feeling that after having taking two steps forward, we take one step back sometimes.
