      1) Very good compensation 2) Work life balance is great 3) Lot of learning opportunities. Work culture is good. Very easy to talk to Seniors and get help/advice. 4) Friendly Working Environment

      Pros

      The opportunity to develop and grow within Informatica is immense. Great work is recognised and anyone who shows aptitude and effort is rewarded well. Informatica is a challenging environment, we are a fast growing company with large ambitions but, for anyone with drive and personal ambition, the challenge is a great motivator and gets you up in the morning. The teamwork and team ethos in Informatica is the best I have ever encountered, no matter how small or big your problem is there is always someone able and willing to help.

      Cons

      If you want a quiet work life with no challenge then Informatica is not the place for you!

      Great management team, pro-active, looking into new oppertunities in the market. lower management is able to make decissions without consulting senior management, lot's of responsibility.

      Cons

      meetings with different time zones can be challenging managing work-life balance.Budget for back office need to be considered. company is growing fast and seems back office is a bit behind.
