Inexperienced Business Development management team leadership promotes poor working environment and low team morale. No formal training-figure it out yourself. No incentive to excel and exceed earnings targets. High turn over.

Great products and superb field technical support

Cons

Worst sales mgt I have worked under in 20 years. Never trust compensation plan. No ethics at all levels of sales management. Treat top performers with dishonesty. I would never recommend anyone in field sales to work there.

We regret that you have a negative view of your time with Informatica in Sales. As you know, the Company went through significant changes in 2015, some that specifically affected Sales. Those moves were designed to make Informatica more responsive to the market as well as more competitive.
