It is true that there has been a lot of change throughout the Company due to our transformation from public to private ownership. Inevitably, there also has been a modification in our sales strategy to align with our goals and objectives. What has not changed is our commitment to ethical and transparent policies and procedures, and our senior leadership across the board has endorsed this on several occasions. We value and expect ethics in all of our leaders, which – as you point out – is at the heart of Informatica. If you have knowledge of specific “lies and disgraceful acts,” please share them with your HR Business Partner or any member of the leadership team so that we may take appropriate action. We take such accusations very seriously. As a company we have always had a reputation for high integrity and strong ethics; transitioning to the PE setting does not change that in any way, so I hope you will reach out and share your specific concerns. Informatica can thrive only when there is mutual respect and honesty throughout the Company. We all spend a lot of time at work and it should be a place where each of us can grow and learn and be engaged.
