      Good communication with management. opportunity to apply to work in an office in different country.

      Cons

      management can be better. problematic to navigate between different teams - sometimes you need to find a person responsible for other product and it takes days.

      Pros

      Managers are really supportive of innovation and growth. Didn't experience micro-management at all. Teammates generally very helpful, non-judgemental and cordial. Manager particularly gave immense importance to work-life balance. Lunch is on the house. Rewards and recognition plan deserves mention.

      Cons

      Not really a con; but learning of new technologies is on the individual, as work is given priority. This is a con: Food (read lunch) quality was not great.
