      Decent work life balance Decent work culture (no one abuses here unlike lots of other companies) Decent Salary (Definitely not the best)

      Cons

      Work is pure maintenance of their 20 year old product. So, come here only for getting a brand and leave after 1-2 years max (you have to self learn relevant skills over weekends if you want to survive in the industry) Almost no benefits (don't even think that you'll get the same kind of benefits as other very good MNCs) No Stocks (very big con) No insurance for parents You can feel that in every benefit they offer, they have made rules and restrictions so that availing them becomes impossible
