Micromanagement at every level and no career progression

Pros

Informatica has a great product to offer and is a true leader in Data Management market, product management is great

Cons

micromanagement on each level of doing business no trust from management no support in further progress, no training, constant cuts in commissions and accounts coverage bad non-supportive management that protects their personal interests only low salaries comparing to market levels and commissions cuts non-supportive when it comes to parental leave or longer vacations

Good people to work with Management is approachable and super supportive Work is good - the Learning curve is high No fixed timings- only completion of work within the deadline matters
