      Great team and colleagues. Good technology and direction

      Cons

      Company seems to think that the sales compensation plan is discretionary. I have talked to 20+ team members and the feedback is the same - the company is taking unethical and contractually illegal carve out's in order to not pay commission to the reps. Clearly management is more interested in juicing profitability than keeping their top performing reps. Informatica is the worst payer of comp in the industry by a long shot.

      - A strong team of developers - Well-equipped office

      Cons

      Outdated products Very stressful work due to outdated products, which are difficult to understand. One needs to figure out how the product works by themselves. A 12-hour shift during stressful conditions requires attending meetings with customers and reporting on work progress every 2 hours. In some cases, there wasn't even time to eat during the 12-hour shift. After leaving the job, gray hair and nervous breakdowns appeared. There was no career growth or development whatsoever. The salary is significantly below market rates.

      Good people except upper management who is out of touch. Its a great place to work for experience and leave quickly to level up your salary and the quality of your job

      They don't value their people and is not good for a long-time employer.
