- Super Employee friendly - Everyone knows everyone else across teams. Can have a fun stay if you are social

Cons

Informatica is Business-driven company where nobody understands anything about technology. The technology growth moves at a negative pace and nobody seems to care. Most of the higher management brags of technological innovation when most tech being used is stagnant since 5-8 years. A lot of politics and infighting and it will be easy for you to fit in if you speak a certain language which is spoken by the majority of the higher management.

1. Flexible work hours 2. WFH 4-5 times in a year only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 3. Free South Indian Food

Cons

1. Almost all products in maintenance mode. So most of the year is spent doing bug fixing. 2. Company has stopped innovating. Only do rewrite of existing products. 3. You have to have good relations with your manager to get hikes and promotions. 4. Have to really try and convince your manager to give you leaves. 5. Managers try to make sure that you do not get free time to work on your skills, by keeping you busy with grunt work.

Twined Political Mystery.Upper Management is not clear to all its employee. In our progress meets/all hand meets we get to here there is good sales. Sudden changes in higher management concerns. Internal clashes. Favoritism is at the peak of the company. When we joined I never felt this. But now it is too obvious. Our Manager treats each individual very differently based on religion/region/language. This is sick
