      An overall amazing experience

      Pros

      I truly love working for this company. OI feel that I am able to grow here with Informatica and I wish to continue my career with the folks here. My manager is by far one of the most amazing people I have ever worked for. I am allowed a flexible schedule and am trusted that I will get my job done. I feel as a professional my judgement and work ethic is trusted through continual delivery of my work.

      Cons

      When management went from Public to Private I feel a lot of good people were lost or let go and the drive to become a public company again seems like the driving force. It felt like a company who cared to a company who wants to make profits and sometimes it make s out futures as employees a little more unstable.

      Great enterprise data management company

      Pros

      Fast pace. Great data management products and solution company. Strong management leadership. Make very strategy data governance product acquisition. Incredible focus and success in core products, product innovations, customer success, leadership in multiple Gartner Magic quadrants including Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, iPaas, and Metadata Management.

      Cons

      Some recent changes at the top management leadership team in the last couple of years can be a distraction but it is also opportunity to acquired new talent to drive growth.
