Not a good place to work but good place for everything else!

Pros

compensations flexible timings good it infrastructure less freshers and more experienced workforce

Cons

Pestering co-workers. Non english speaking majority community who do not mix well with the team. Non standard language used while communicating with co-workers. Very tight deadlines and skewed workload on a few people while others cool off being in office. Very little scope for merit and values the number of years people spent in company more than any other parameter.

A great place to work

Pros

All staff are very friendly and want to help you. I have worked in many different companies but this is by far the most beautiful office with lots of space, plants and lights. All the work is done with a lot of fun in a relaxed atmosphere. There is table tennis in the office, gym with a pool is in a neighboring building, football is organized on Friday Work/Life is good. It is not expected from employees to work longer than normal hours.

Cons

There is not much to put here.

Pros

This is a company that is interested in it's employees, from their development in their career to their enjoyment of their work. They foster a healthy culture that allows people to be who they are and bring their ideas out.

Cons

Some modernisation of tooling wouldn't hurt in R&D, it's not hindering but it could improve a lot of things.
