      Pros

      Good work life balance. You scarcely have to be working late nights or on weekends. Good pay but not pay master. A competetive pay compared to other companies which are similar. Quick promotions if you are good. For getting promotions you don't have to forget your personal life. Free lunch, dinner and snacks.

      Cons

      Not a pay master. Pay is less compared to other prominent players in the market. In most of the teams the work is monotonous and no new technologies used.

      No work from home, People in lead and managerial levels are not technically sound.

      Salary structure is poor. Too frequent releases. Employee engagement is less from last couple of years.
