      Pros

      Great growing company, one of the main players on the growing market. High salaries and bonuses, really high professional level of the team. There is no "overqualified" term - they are ready to pay for professionals.

      Cons

      Like every big company there is some significant bureaucracy influence in all procedures.

      Really positive culture, with a strong vision.

      Pros

      The people are excellent and everyone form the top down seems to be pulling in the same direction. Refreshing amount of transparency regarding company performance and objectives. Comparable benefits to other tech companies. (pension, healthcare, snacks etc.)

      Cons

      I haven't been here long enough to fully understand the cons.
