Despite bringing in a female President, the sales arm is still all male managers. The services/customer success arm is sexist but with a more eastern culture of sexism. Still managed by cult of personality and wasting time and resources by ignoring women who are more experienced in some cases. The down the chain communicais abysmal and everyone is aware of the favored employees and nepotism causing huge issues with morale. Because of nepotism- people are promoted who lack the basic skills for their jobs while well qualified individuals are passed over in many cases (not all). In the most recent layoffs- the buddy system forced out good sales professionals who were making their numbers and had excellent customer relationships. This led to huge disruption in accounts and caused the decline of sales performance the following quarter. This culture of drinking buddies has ling been a feature of Informatica nad is a huge part of why they never really hit their stride.
