The company has very committed management team and a clear direction. Changes its path proactively to align with latest trends. Whether it is about long term product roadmap or inorganic growth. Company has equal focus on customer success as well as employee satisfaction. Provides flexibility for employees to move across departments to accept new challenges and add value. Managers have very high focus on employee engagement. Fantastic work-life balance. Employees get to work on latest trends on data management space.

Pros

Informatica helps employees growing personally and technically with internal education programs. Superb Leadershipteam which challenges and motivates the people. Very good opportunities to grow in expertise within multi-national teams. Usage of state of the art tools and technologies.

Cons

The long term strategy sometimes not clearly shared to all employees which could be solved better in the different business units of the company.

Pros

Small company culture with a friendly & fun atmosphere. In general the company focuses on execution and getting things done. There is good work life balance and a healthy stream of team building events. Good amount of training and personal growth opportunities available. Flexibility in moving around and relocating to the right team and project.

Cons

Some amount of saturation in mid-management and at times the decision making has been lethargic that has resulted in loss of momentum. There have been technical missteps around some of the projects over the years and folks have been slow to own up to that and correct them as it requires rocking the boat.
