We are incredibly proud of our Associate's Program and we’ve invested a lot of time over many years into creating a world-class program that has seen dozens and dozens of graduates from this program. Regarding your feedback and in the spirit of transparency, it is always a goal within our organization to have open communication up and down and across all our team members. It is not always perfect, but we try hard at it and we are committed to creating a collaborative environment to build the next generation of solution-centric leaders, while continually improving programs, and skilling employees purposefully and methodically over 18 to 24 months based on their career interests within Professional Services. The Associate's Program is designed to dig into both technical, and core business skills associated with a consultant role with purposeful activities designed to develop and explore skillsets to build the next generation of advisers and leaders.
