      Pros

      Amazing team and supportive management. Great food provided to employees everyday for free. Friendly atmosphere and encouraging management. Work-from-home and working hours flexibility.

      Cons

      Salary can be better. And hikes stopped during pandemics. No free transport.

      Pros

      Industry Leadership and a People-centric employer style. From our CEO (Amit) on down, INFA exerts a management style that is encouraging and supportive rather than threatening or punitive. That's not an easy thing to achieve, or to carry out. INFA does it very well and maintains great transparency. We're also strong from a market leadership position and continue to grow even during Pandemic times. This is a testament to strong product investment and focusing on solving big complex problems for our customers. I like being with a company that has this kind of financial strength and market position.

      Cons

      The bigger a company gets, the harder it is to align everyone's goals. We're pretty good at this, but need to keep focusing on it.
