      Pros

      Great culture, helpful and collaborative colleagues, great benefits, and the ability for career growth.

      Cons

      Upper management can be extremely disorganized and roll out policies and procedures that just don't work at every office, and don't seem to take notice of feedback.

      Work culture is really good, that's why it is one of best workplaces to work in Ireland . People are very friendly and helpful. Good work life balance.

      Its good place to work

      Pros

      It's been 2 month, Since I joined. 1. Supportive and technical people around you. 2. Employee centric policies, 3. Can learn much on Cloud technologies as more Cloud solutions are coming. 4. WFH. 5. Similar like other product companies environment. 6. Free lunch. 7. Nice Culture 8. Its wow for people coming from service based companies, but not for product based companies people.

      Cons

      1. Bad Cab service. They provide Indica-Non AC. Though it's paid.Come on guys. Just look other product companies. 2. Food (lunch) is okay. all days Veg except Friday. only lunch is free. 3. Facilities and goodies are less, if compare to other same size product companies. 4. Not much reimbursement (telephone, wifi ) options. 5. Parental insurance is partially paid.
