Pros

The company heads are very invested even in minor details. Each change is reviewed and passed through several levels until it is finalized. A highly process-centric org. Takes care of employees well. Steep learning curve and opportunity to work in the latest.

Cons

Heavily process sometimes becomes an overhead and results in rework. Work pressure can be a bit too much.
