- 2-year graduate scheme with opportunities to do work placements in some high profile companies - horizontally managed, kind and supportive work colleagues - 4 months class-room based paid training so that anyone without a data background can go in start and data analyst/scientist career
Cons
- Placement system means there a less opportunities to grow within client organizations during those 2 years - Horizontal structure of the organization may prove difficult to manage well as the firm continues to grow
