- Worst work culture - Work Life balance is also not that great - Worst work environment, as they have more vendors than full time employees there is not team spirit either - Their business model is good for company profits but not good for employees. - For namesake they have everything in place but nothing is of value, their systems, processes nothing. - Worst compensation one can get. - However they have big names up their sleeves but their Client projects are not that good either - Old employees are not open to new ideas and they are set in their ways to work hence they love the company. - Worst internal systems which make employees' life more of a hell and frustrating than help them, be it relocation claims or medical insurance selection or tax declarations. - People are not up to date with current work trends, they say they follow Agile but being a certified scrum master I can tell it is no where close to Agile except that they have daily update and discussion meetings which they call standup meetings.

All travel except air is put on the employee credit card, if you don't use personal credit they tell you to get one or your job is in question. They are slow to reimburse , and take challenge with everyone's expenses. Expenses are reviewed bu someone in India. This is only true for US American employees as the Indian employees are treated differently. The projects are staffed by Indian resources who do not have US Industry experience that are brought to US for the work and they play an interesting visa game.
