Pros

World class infrastructure and facilities. You will feel more like college than work place. Beautiful gardens and artistic buildings. All sports facilities inside the campus. Best corporate training you can ever dream about. Good work life balance. Very good and long term onsite opportunities with handsome salary in foreign currencies. Very good brand value.

Cons

Very less offshore compensation. Promotions are delayed. Company is very much impacted by recession. iRace policy recently launched is a big blow to employees. Promotions and hence the salary hike will be delayed. I have seen soaring attrition post Oct 2009.

good companies to work if you are a fresher. good to start ur carrier in such a very big company.

Cons

irace was a big concern , compensation benifits doesnt look good when compared with other companies , policies and process are quite hectic.
