      1. Big brand name 2. Good onsite oppurtunities for long period 3. Time fexibility ( You can come and go anytime, provided you maintain required average hours) 4. Lot of technical help due to large workforce 5. Good people to work with

      Cons

      1. Management is less bothered about employee's interest towards a domain or technology 2. Performance appraisal system is bit awkward 3. Role change is delayed nowadays due to recent policy changes 4. Laterals paid more than old employees

      Big company feeling as well excellent infrastructure facilities.Vast library with useful books and resources for employee reference.Knowledge sharing initiatives are great.

      Cons

      Too many employees being recruited in herds.The bench period is unusually long compared to other companies.The salary is much much less compared to other competitors.
