      Pros

      One of the most frequent reason that you are going to hear from many people for working in Infosys is due to their campus. Other than that its called as company of ethics but this i experienced very rarely. Some good initiatives by Infosys foundation if interested in humanitarian stuff then you can finding something interesting here.

      Cons

      Employees are treated as resource means no heartful feeling for them. Policies are moulded as and when needed Will provide you every facilities and will keep charging you. No participation from managment in sharing the facilities cost.

      Pros

      great people good knowledge sharing challenging job (some times).not all of them get challenging jobs . but there are people and projects in bits and pockets who get to do the "IN" things in IT. Management had a good clarity in wat they expect the company to become. They are focussed and they do not cling to the less profit clients .

      Cons

      work hours>70 no concern for personal life unreasonable time line mg mt thinks that they don't want senior staffs to do their work. they recruit freshers for a good salary to do the work at a cheaper price when compared to the experience hires

      Pros

      You get to refine your own path at Infosys. There is very minimal direction from Senior Management and the silver lining in that is that you get a lot of freedom to define the parameters and scope of your job. Its an opportunity to expand one's horizons and perform functions (like pre-sales, client relationship management etc.) that you would otherwise not get to do in other comparable companies. The geographically dispersed nature of the company also means that you get to travel a lot.

      Cons

      24 hour culture due to Onsite/Offshore business model. Little to no direction from Senior Management. The salary for US employees is average compared to its other peers.
