Reputation of working in Infy gives Dignity,Honour,Pride,Status,immense pleasure,joy ,happiness,work culture,tradition,business etiquettes, world class facilities

Cons

Salary,benefits,compensation can be provided based on the work done.There should be salary difference for people in bench and people in projects.

Pros

The training provided by Infosys is truly world class and you can do well as a programmer in any company if you survive through their training period.

Cons

Bench periods can be long after training is over. (6-12 months) You will be made to pass useless certification tests often completely unrelated to your domain or interest. You can be put into a project using a completely different technology than the one you got trained in. Recently growth has slowed down compared to some peers because of their strategy of not sacrificing margins while going for bigger projects.

Job security, big campuses, fantastic facilities.

Cons

No space for rapid growth even if you work superbly. Lots of moral killing policies. bundle of old and orthodox thinker in the higher management who are not ready to take even the calculated risk. No place for out of box thinking.
