training programs, facilities, corporate environment and the processes. The learning opportunities provided are top class. The work culture in bangalore is really good. But it changes from DC to DC.

Cons

too many rules to follow. lot of work pressure these days. quality of employees being hired is dropping every year. Common to see medicore employees these days.
