Very good start of one's career. infrastructure is excellent.

Cons

when in production, training is a fairytale. you log 14 hours minimum. no one care for you. if you do a good work there wont be anyone to appreciate, but if you do something wrong your life is ruined. you wont get enough time to complete your work, but you have to do certifications, organize party and games. onsite says lot of lies to make you work on saturdays and on sundays.

Awesome training program for entry level software engineer with no prior work ex. Training available for nonc CS majors as well as CS majors,

Cons

For non CS majors it can be pretty taxing since you are taught everything beginning from fundamentals of programming in a 5 month of packed schedule.

good ethics,good buildings apart from that it is not encouraging at all to be an infosion.90% of the people inside infosys dont feel comfortable working there

Cons

no oppurtunities,Poor Employee satisfaction , No repect for talent , Toppers not even respected On the whole if u are talented dont join infy
