Good learning ground for freshers particularly thier training capabilities are really good. Excellent infrastructure and lot of recreational facilities for the employees.

Cons

Inefficient bench strength utilization. Too many policies which are not employee centeric. Appraisal system is not that much transparent. No direct correlation between efforts put and rewards received

- Facilities and Infrastructure is awesome - Bangalore campus is huge and has every thing inside, from Dominoes to Banks to Gym to Hair Cutting Saloon :) - Resources provided for the project work are excellent

Cons

- HR Policies make sure to restrict you in every possible way(Mandatory Yearly Certifications, Mandatory Working Hours -9 .25Hrs per day) - Low Salary Compensation - Appraisal and Onsite opportunities depend on your luck and not performance.
