Job security depends on your performance and their requirement. Even if you fail at their assesments they will consider giving you a second chance if they have requirement for the role.

Nothing. They pay less to their employees so that they can beautify the premises and retain their ceo

Cons

Politics, baised management, favouritism at its peak. The team leads and managers are after females. Females would show their assets, and all the hard work of the other employee is flushed down to the gutter. You do not need to work hard here to get promoted. If you have a sad story like “i am a single mother” “i have multiple house loans” “i have piles” “i am struggling a lot” will earn you visibility. You either need to be a good looking female or an base licking male. If all the three attributes are met, nothing like it. Your promotion is guaranteed in 1 year. This is the worst company I have seen and I regret wasting my 3 years here giving my heart and soul to work. They will not appreciate the hard work. The worst manager, TL and COH is the combination of a future disaster.
