Could be good with the right managers

Pros

Some people are really wonderful and welcoming to work with. The work can be interesting at times.

Cons

People having romantic relationships with each other to keep their jobs. Lot of firing of workers and forced retirements. They will convince you everyone is family as a ploy to make you work harder. You are not family when they decide to fire you out of nowhere and try to convince you to not take a severance package. Unclear expectations for being promoted. Don’t actually practice DEI and use specific LGBTQ+ or people of color as token DEI hires. Lots of leadership who swear they have “done the work” on educating themselves on DEI who really just learned the right words to use but don’t practice in their company.

Pros

The building is nice and kept clean.

Cons

Some positions get flexibility, other positions work in a very rigid environment and barely get 30 minutes for lunch. There is a “sink or swim” mentality for new people. Employees get written up for weird, small issues. Feedback from employees is asked for over and over again but not used.

Pros

Family run, invested highly in employees and customers

Cons

Lower Salary, limited PTO Lots of legacy employess stuck in doing things in less progressive ways and seem open to change, but reluctant to actually do things differently. If you've been there a while you are 'in'. If you are newer, not so much.
