Pros
The work environment is open and encourages cooperation and innovation. Vacation days and sick leave are generous, and schedules are extremely flexible. Info Tech doesn't really care where or when you do your work, as long as it gets done. If you want to work from home, it's fine! Plenty of systems are in place to ensure you can work comfortably and efficiently wherever you are. But you'll still want to come into the office every now and then for the food trucks that bring tasty lunch options, the annual Hackathon, the company-wide Halloween decoration competitions, the birthday celebrations with different cakes each month, the occasional race or step-counting battle to burn off all the calories from the cakes... there's just a lot of things that make Info Tech a fun place to work.
Cons
The frequent convenient access to food might make dieting a struggle. The break rooms don't have vents to pull odors out of the building, so the smell of people's food - good or bad - tends to travel. If you leave popcorn in the microwave too long you WILL make a lot of people unhappy.
